التقييم الاولي ومعالجة الجرحى - عربي :

تابع الخطوات الآتية في حالة عدم وجود طبيب فقط. يجب اللجوء الى طبيب متخصص في اسرع وقت ممكن.

#1staid4 Remember Check Airway, Breathing, Circulation. Put unconscious casulaty on side 2 allow fluid to drain out of mouth if nec.

فحص مجرى الهواء، والتنفس، الدورة الدموية، ضع المغمى عليه على جانبه للسماح للسوائل بالخروج من الفم ان كان ضروريا.

#1staid4 Remember to sort out breathing problems such as chest injury before circulation/bleeding problems, unless bleeding is life threatening.

تذكر ان تعالج المشكلات التنفسية اولا، كجروح الصدر قبل الجروح الاخرى الا اذا كان النزيف مهدد للحياة.

#1staid4 If bleeding is life threatening – treat first! Start treatment for shock. Keep person warm and reassure them.

اذا كان النذيف مهددا للحياة - عالجه اولا! ابدا بعلاج الصدمة. دفي الجريح وطمانه.

In treating any/all injuries, it is essential to first check #1stAid4 – airway, breathing, & circulation. #firstaid

في علاج اي/كل الجروح، لابد من التاكد من خلو الممرات الهوائية، التنفس، والدورة الدموية.

Is the airway clear? Check to see if the injured person’s airway is blocked by anything, eg, foreign object, vomit. #1staid4

هل الممر الهوائي خالي ؟ تاكد انه لا يوجد اي شئ يسد ممرات الهواء، على سبيل المثال مادة غريبة او قئ.

You may need to tilt the head and lift the chin to help clear the airway. If the airway is not clear, the patient cannot breathe. #1staid4

قد تحتاج لميل الراس قليلا او رفع الذقن لتخلي الممرات الهوائية. ان لم تكنالممرات الهوائية خالية لن يستطيع المريض التنفس.

Is the chest moving? Can u hear the patient breathng? Can u feel the lungs expanding when u feel the patient’s chest? #1staid4

هل يتحرك الصدر؟ هل تسمع تنفس المريض؟ هل تتمدد الرئتين عندما تتحسس صدر المريض؟

When a patient is not breathing, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation may be necessary. #1staid4 #firstaid

ان لم يكن المريض يتنفس، قم بعملية الانعاش عن طريق الفم ان كان ذلك ضروريا.

This is when the air is moving through the body. Is the patient’s heart beating? Is there a pulse? #1staid4

هل ينبض قلب المريض؟ هلهناك نبض؟

If not, compressions may be necessary. #1staid4

ان كانت الاجابة لا، قد تحتاج ان تضغط على الصدر

Once it is established that the injured person is breathing and has a heart rate or pulse, #1staid4 can be delivered to specific injuries.

ما ان تتاكد ان المريض يتنفس بشكل طبيعي ولديه نبض منتظم، تستطيع ان تمارس #الاسعافات #الاولية لجروح بذات عينها.

If there is severe bleeding due to a crush injury or deep wound, the bleeding must be controlled. #1staid4 #firstaid

Applying pressure is best done wearing sterile gloves 2 avoid infecting a patient or being infected by xposure 2 blood. #1staid4

Treatment for Bleeding Headwounds in English/Arabic

Steps for the Treatment of a Bleeding Head Wound follow:

خطوات لمعالجة النزيف من جراء جرح في الرأس

Step #1: Immediately Treat a Bleeding Head Wound.

- ابدأ فورا بمعالجة اي جرح يسبب نزيفا في الراس

#1 cont’d: Do not apply pressure if: there is injury to the eyes

لا تضغط على الجرح في الراس ان كانت العين مصابة.

#1 cont’d: Do not apply pressure if: blood or clear fluid is leaking from the ears or nose

لا تضغط على الجرح ان كان هناك دما او سائلا شفافا يسيل من الاذنين او من الانف

#1 cont’d: Do not apply pressure if: there are visible bits or fragments of bones in the injured area

لا تضغط على الجرح ان كان هناك قطع من العظم تظهر في مكان الجرح

#1 cont’d: there is an apparent deformity or dent on any part of the head.

لا تضغط على الجرح ان كان هناك اي تشوه او نتوء داخلي او تقعر في اي جزء من الراس

Step #2: If nothing from Step #1 is present, imediately & carefully remove any object in the area of the wound

ان لم يكن هناك اي من الحالات اعلاه فبدا وبتأن ازالة اي قطع غريبة في مكان الجرح

#2 contd: Allow the person to lie down with his head and shoulder area slightly elevated.

اجعل امصاب ينام على ظهره بحيث يكون راسه وكتفيه اعلى بقليل من باقي جسمه

#2 contd: Do not clean the injured area, but clear any obstructions that surround it. Leave the cleaning to the professionals.

لا تقم بتنظيف مكان الجرح لكن ازل اي مانع من حوله. دع التنظيف للاختصاصيين

Step #3: Apply constant pressure on the wound with a clean cloth for 15 minutes. Do not lift the cloth until the bleeding stops.

اضغط على الجرح لمدة 15 دقيقة واستعمل لذلك قطعة نظيفة من القماش. لا تزل قطعة القماش حتى يتوقف النزيف

#3 contd: If the cloth is already soaked with blood, then put another cloth on top of the old one.

ان اصبحت قطعة القماش مبتلة كثيرا بالدم فاستعمل قطعة جديدة فوقها

#3 contd: Do not lift the soaked cloth. Remember, constant pressure must be applied.

لا تزل قطعة القماش المبتلة بالدم. تذكر انه عليك ان تبقى ضاغطا على الجرح

#3 contd: If there is a penetrating object on the head, do not apply pressure directly on that area, but apply it around the area.

ان كان هناك جسما مغروزا وناتئا من الجرح فلا تضغط عليه. بل اضغط على المنطقة حوله.

#3 contd: Continue to apply pressure until help arrives.

استمر بالضغط على الجرح الى حين وصول المساعدة المطلوبة

Treatment for a Non-bleeding head Injury - English/Arabic

Steps for the Treatment of a Non-bleeding Head Wound follow:

خظوات لمعالجة جرح غير نازف

Step #1: Elevate the head and shoulder area of the injured person and apply ice on the injured area to decrease swelling.

ارفع راس المصاب وكتفيه اعلى من باقي جسمه وضع الثلج على منطقة الجرح لتخفيف المرض

#1 contd: Ice application is an immediate response to head wounds caused by light falls, eg, a fall lower than the height of the personor onto a soft area.

ضع الثلج على الجرح في الراس هو اول علاج فوري لجروح في الراس التي تسبب بها وقوع خفيف. الوقوع الخفيف هو ان يقع الشخص مسافة اقل من طوله على ارضية غير صلبة.

Step #2: Treat with ice wrapped in a clean cloth immediately.

ضع الثلج في قطعة قماش نظيفة

Step #3: Place wrapped ice safely on the swollen area of the head for 20 to 30 minutes. Repeat this every two to three hours as needed.

ضع الثلج الملفوف في القماش على منطقة الورم لمدة 20-30 جقيقة. كرر العملية كل ساعتين ان احتاج الامر

Making a Splint / المبادىء الاساسية للاسعافات الاولية للكسور

المبادىء الاساسية للاسعافات الاولية للكسور

كمبدأ أساسي، لا تحرك المصاب إن كان هناك أدنى شك بحدوث كسر في عظام جسمه. فتحريك المصاب يسبب له عطباً داخلياً جسيماً، فإذا كانت الرقبة مصابة، فقد يقتله تحريكها. أما إذا كان نقل المصاب أمراً ضرورياً فعليك أن تجمد حركة الطرف أو الجزء المكسور تجميداً تاماً قبل ذلك.

أي ضرر يشمل انكسار عظمة أو مفصلاً منخلعاً يجب معالجته كحالة كسر، والإشارات المعينة تتضمن الألم الذي يتضاعف شراسة من جراء الحركة عندما يتعرض موقع الإصابة للضغط الخفيف والتورم وتغير شكل المفصل أو الطرف.

كل كسر يجب أن ينظف ويغطى، وإذا حدث نزف يجب دعم المكان بشريحة، مع رفعه إلى أعلى إن كان ذلك متاحاً.

يجب العمل على تفادى الصدمة، والتضميد هو أول بند في الإسعاف الأولى لأنواع كثيرة من الكسور.

تجميد الطرف بالشريحة: بوضع لوحة رقيقة من خشب أو معدن تحت الطرف (الذراع أو الساق) واربطها بها جيداً، ولكن تجنب المساس بموضع الكسر.الشريحة يجب أن تكون صلبة وعريضة لمنع أي حركة حتى

ربط الموقع المصاب بها. ويجب وضع اللباد على الشريحة كي يخفف من صلابة الشريحة ولا يحدث المزيد من الضرر للطرف المصاب.

يستطيع اثنان نقل المصاب بأمان ولكن على حملة فقط، وإلا فإن العملية تتطلب ثلاثة على الأقل، أحدهم يسند الكتفين والرأس، والثاني يسند الفخذين، والثالث يسند الرجلين.
